Early booking will reserve your place in line so that when it's time to select your actual room, you'll be given priority access to a better selection of rooms before the event goes on-sale to the public,

Making a presale booking requires just a single deposit of $500 per room, which will be applied towards the final cost of your room. Only one presale deposit will be applied per room. The final total cost of your room will vary depending on room category, location, number of occupants, etc. We do NOT need the name or names of the other guests in your room, at this time. 

 If you are booked on the 2025 Dice Tower Cruise, then you will be able to start to book your stateroom with the Whet Travel agents, beginning at the hotel the evening before sailing (1/4/24). If you are not booked on the 2025 Dice Tower Cruise, you will be receiving an email  that will let you know when your booking date begins (approx 1/13).  (Note, that if you are booked for the 2025 Dice Tower Cruise and you want to book when you are on the ship, you can choose or not choose to make a deposit at this time)

When it is time to select your room, a full deposit of $250 per person, based on the number of people in your room, is required to confirm your room number, and your pre-booking deposit will be applied towards that required deposit on your room at the time of booking.

2026 Dice Tower Cruise Pre-Sale Cancellation Policy: Your pre-booking deposit is fully refundable until 1/4/25.. If you need to cancel for any reason prior to that date, email captainsupport@whettravel.com, and we will refund your deposit in full.  After that time, the deposits are non-refundable, and our cancellation policies will apply according to the full terms and conditions of the cruise..
